We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are processed and dispatched from our local warehouse to ensure quick and reliable delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

Please note: rural addresses may require an extra 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.00 NZD

Free Shipping:

Buy 2–6 roll-ons and we cover the shipping cost for you.

Orders over $50 NZD also qualify for free shipping.

Tiered Shipping for Larger Bundles:

7–12 roll-ons (3–6 kg) → $12 shipping

13–18 roll-ons (6–9 kg) → $18 shipping

Shipping costs for bundles larger than 6 units are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
